The dialogue explored unsettling colonial structures, prioritizing Indigenous leadership, and fostering deep, long-term partnerships between artists and institutions.
Queer artists are always in demand in June, but how do we create our own opportunities and sustainable careers outside of Pride month? In this session, we’ll center the art of queer survival and discuss the diaspora of queer art. This session from 2021 featured queer artists across disciplines sharing, celebrating, and providing insights on advancing their careers forward.
