The First Round: Networking Sessions to Bring Us to WAA OAK!
Online opportunities to Circle Up and connect to colleagues on August 11 & 13
WAA is all about our community: a community that gathers to do business, but not at the expense of relationships. As we Circle Up in Oakland, we know that being connected isn’t a 4-day affair, but the result of an investment of time and energy!
With that in mind, we’ve created online gatherings to help our community stay connected.
We kicked off conference season with The World of WAA, which combined a guide to making the most of the conference with breakout room conversations with peers and built on that with our Before the Circle sessions, to gather around the three main conference themes in conversation and scene-setting.
Following the conference, in October, we’ll Circle Up again, to look back on the journey we made together and the one ahead.
This August, we’re hosting The First Round, two informal online opportunities to get to know your fellow conference-goers. It’s a chance to gather in advance of the conference to create and strengthen relationships among colleagues, so that you hit the WAA OAK ground running.
You’ll have a chance to Circle Up with the larger group, as well as in small-group conversation.
No hard-sells, no pitch presentations, just conversation. Get to know the folks that’ll be circling up in Oakland!
