Register and get your exhibit space starting on Monday, March 30

We’re pleased to announce Insider Access registration for all WAA members.

WAA members will get special priority registration for this year’s conference starting Monday, March 30 until Thursday, April 30.

During the Insider Access registration period current WAA members will have first priority to register for the conference, secure meeting spaces in The Commons, and guarantee seats during this year’s special programming lunches.

Early Bird registration for all attendees including nonmembers opens Friday, May 1.

Exhibitor Options in The Commons

This year The Commons will have the following options for private meeting spaces, in addition to this there will be Drop-In Cabanas, a Coworking Zone, and reception areas with tables and lounges for those who need a break or a place to land between meetings.

Drop-In Cabanas

This year we will have a limited number of meeting spaces available for temporary reservation first-come, first-serve inside of The Commons.

Single Day Pass Holders, Individual Members, and Non-members will be eligible to reserve these spaces, but are not permitted to purchase a private meeting space within The Commons.

Additional exhibiting information will provide during the Tour of the Commons Webinar alongside the publishing of this year’s Exhibitor’s Guide.
