Kenneth J. Foster is the Professor of Practice and Director of the Arts Leadership Program at the Thornton School of Music, University of Southern California. He has held leadership roles at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, UA Presents at the University of Arizona, Center for Performing Arts at Pennsylvania State University, Kirkland Fine Arts Center, and Town Hall Arts Center. In 2007, Foster received the prestigious APAP Fan Taylor Award for Distinguished Service. He is the author of Performing Arts Presenting: From Theory to Practice (2006) and Arts Leadership: Creating Sustainable Arts Organizations (2018).
