The Exhibit Hall is SOLD OUT.

Please contact staff@westarts.org to be placed on a waiting list.

There are many different ways you can exhibit at WAA, from traditional pipe and drape booths to comfortable alternative spaces.

Artists, agents and managers must be members of WAA and either purchase an exhibit registration or be affiliated with an exhibiting organization before they can register for the conference individually.

WAA Exhibitor Registration Dates & Details

Exhibitor registration periods are based on your years of exhibiting and membership at WAA. For more details see Lottery Process & Rank.

  • Rank 1 (10+ years exhibiting): May 1 - May 15
  • Rank 2 (5-9 years exhibiting): May 21 - June 4
  • Rank 3 (2-4 years exhibiting): June 10 - June 17
  • Rank 4 (1st year exhibiting): June 23 - July 3

The cost of the first attendee is included in the price of the exhibit space. More information can be found at Registration Information.

Exhibit pricing is based on your membership. The cost for the exhibit type you select will automatically generate when you register online.

  • 1st Tier: Less than $100,000
  • 2nd Tier: $100,000-$999,999
  • 3rd Tier: $1 million and up

"Premium Placement Exhibits" - those in prime locations such as aisle endcaps - are $125 in addition to the prices below. They are indicated on the floorplan with a red square.

Notes

** Note For 10' Wide x 8' Deep and 10’ Wide x 10’ Deep Exhibit Spaces

If you have a 10' wide free standing display to position at the back of this space, your 8' long black draped resource table will need to be replaced with a 6' long table. The free standing display would cause a larger table to extend into the aisle, violating fire code. If you have a 10' wide display that hangs this should not be a problem. Please contact the Decorator to substitute this furniture. This substitution is in addition to the original exhibit fee and will be billed to the exhibitor from the Decorator.

Agency Registration

An Agency Registration is an alternative to traditional booth exhibition - this type of registration does not include an exhibit space and does not allow for the set-up of any marketing materials (displays, posters, headshots, table-tent marketing, photos, etc.) in or around the exhibit hall. WAA provides this registration option for those who wish to be free of staffing an exhibit or who contact WAA after the exhibit hall has sold out. Since an Agency Registration does not provide the same level of visibility as an exhibit space, an Agency Registration is therefore recommended only to those who are confident they do not need the visibility provided by a traditional exhibit space in order to conduct business at the Annual Conference.

An Agency Registration does include full access to the exhibit hall and all the benefits of a full-week delegate registration. For any Agency Registrations received before July 25, 2014, the attendee’s name, organization and cell phone are included on the Exhibitor List published to the WAA Conference Website as well as in the official Conference Guide. Agency Registrants are encouraged to use the many salon areas or open meeting tables that WAA provides in and around The Commons, however these areas are meant to be shared with the full delegation; agency registrants may not take up residence at any particular location.

Exhibitor Policies & Procedures

All Exhibitor and Agency Registrations are bound by either the Western Arts Alliance Exhibitor Agreement. This Agreement and must be signed and returned to WAA before a registration is approved and completed. Dates are listed within the Agreement on the signature page.
