First-time delegates can sign up for Conference Mentoring and the New Colleague Track, ensuring you'll get the most out of your week with us.
Conference Mentoring - part of WAA's Mentor Program, a year-round benefit offered to all WAA members - matches two performing arts professionals who wish to build a substantial connection with each other at the conference. This relationship can then continue to grow and develop if the mentor and colleague decide to participate in WAA's year-round program.
When you register online for the conference you can Sign Up as a new colleague or mentor. We'll email you important information to prepare you for the conference, and further details on the events listed below. We'll also pair you up with a mentor/new colleague who you'll be able to connect with leading up to the conference and during the conference week.
All first-time delegates are advised to follow The New Colleague Track, which provides excellent opportunities for new colleagues to connect with each other, their mentors, the Mentoring Committee, and the rest of the conference delegation.
