Western Arts Alliance’s sponsorship program supplies powerful branding and promotional leverage as it underwrites our annual conference and helps keep the program accessible and affordable.  Sponsorship opportunities range from tried-and-true properties such as the conference tote bags and branded guest room keys, to custom packages based on your budget, goals and brand.

Annual Luncheon: $10,000 (may be split between two agencies)
Our largest sit-down event at the conference, the Annual Luncheon will be WAA’s best-attended sponsored performance opportunity. The luncheon highlights your artist for a 15 or 20-minute presentation to a select audience of the region’s leading arts presenters.

Spotlight Performance at the Juried Showcase: $5,000 
One 15-minute slot preceding the Juried Showcase program is available as a sponsored performance opportunity. Your artist will take flight at the superb Reynolds Hall mainstage at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts.

Opening Reception: $7,000 
The Opening Reception is the first social event of the conference as well as the best-attended hospitality event of the week—an integral part of every delegate’s experience.  

Super Showcase Hospitality: $7,000
This year, Juried and Independent Showcasing will be combined at the beautiful Smith Center for the Performing Arts. This sponsorship will keep attendees fortified for showcasing, socializing and networking well into the night! Hospitality includes a dinner, desserts and hosted beverages. 

Closing Night Reception: $6,000 
Get the last word by sponsoring WAA’s Closing Reception!  This one is all about mixing and mingling in a relaxed post-conference atmosphere.   

Hospitality Breaks: $3,000  (two available)
Hospitality is deeply appreciated by all attendees, and there are two opportunities this year that will recharge energy and replenish spirits.  Choose from between the "Pre-Workshop Power Up" which includes light breakfast items on Wednesday morning before the workshops begin and the "Make-It-Your-Own Afteroon Break" on Wednesday late afternoon offering build your own trail mix boxes.  Bonus: Sponsor both breaks and disposable coffee cups will be branded with your logo!

Membership Meeting Continental Breakfast: $3,000 Thank you Seattle Theatre Group
WAA's Annual Membership Meeting is an essentail and lively event that includes board elections, reports from WAA's leadership, and the popular Town Hall forum.  Providing carbs and and caffeine makes it all the more merry.

Coda Reception and Fundraiser: $2,500
This investment allows the sponsor to address an influential audience of past and present WAA Board Members at an intimate reception and then join in on the mingling.  

Conference Tote Bags: $4,000 
Carry your dollar the farthest by the sponsoring the WAA Conference tote bag.  Versatile and reusable, this practical tote will be carted all throughout the conference and then brought back home for an extended life well beyond. 

Room Keys: $4,000 Thank you Opus 3 Artists!
Keycards provide a colorful marker that will be used over and over throughout the day.  Display artist photos, your logo, advertise your exhibit location, or. . .

Lanyards: $4,000 
Be omnipresent while you let everyone do your advertising for you.  No one can go anywhere without their credential.  Here’s the sponsorship that delegates literally live in!
Column Wraps: $2,500 (two available)
This is perhaps our best opportunity for impactful graphics.  Column wraps right outside the exhibit hall will garner a lot of face time. 

Charging Station: $2,500
12% power and it’s only lunch time?!  You’ve got ‘em covered with the branded mobile device charging station. No one needs to leave the exhibit hall for an outlet when batteries needs a boost.  

Highlighter Pen: $1,000 
Picture this: a presenter, fishing in their pocket for a pen, and they pull out. . . yours!  Your name at every presenter’s fingertips – what more could you want?

Melt-in-your-mouth butter mints enveloped in your lovely logo adorn registration counters.

WAA will inserts just about any promotional item or single piece of printed material into the presenters’ tote bags handed.

This high-profile sponsor opportunity supports the most important speaker at the conference while honoring the hard work and achievement of your peers.  Convey your organization’s values by helping to bring brilliance to our conference.
General Conference Support: $1,000 Thank you ICM Partners
If simply supporting the ecology of the community is important to you, consider applying your sponsorship dollars to the conference’s general support fund, and give us the flexibility to use your contribution wherever it’s needed most.

Take a two-minute speaking opportunity at the top of a Speed Leads session, the New Colleagues Orientation, or the Commons Walk-Through to acquaint participants with your service, roster, brand or venue.  

Mobile App: $5,000 
The schedule, sessions, showcases, speakers and attendee info all at your fingertips—the app is central to navigating the conference. The sponsor’s logo to be present on the home screen.
