What's the difference between the Exhibit Hall Open and Accessible Hours?

Open Hours  Exhibit spaces are staffed by artist/managers – think ‘open for business’.

Accessible Hours  Exhibitors and presenters alike may browse or hold meetings within the Exhibit Hall, while everyone has the chance to join in special events – think the Exhibit Hall is ‘accessible’ but not necessarily staffed for business.

  • Exhibitors  When you step away from your exhibit to take advantage of other conference activities, it’s a good idea to leave a printed note that states you are attending other events, the time you expect to be back, your contact number, and a request that presenters leave a business card if they take materials in your absence.
  • Presenters  When you browse the hall and come upon something you are interested in at an exhibit, please be considerate and leave a business card or personal note if you walk away with materials.
