2014 WAA Annual Meeting of the Membership
The Governance Committee Report and Election of Officers will take place during the Annual Membership Meeting that begins at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, September 5, 2014. The meeting takes place in the Redwood Room, Pike Street Tower, 2nd Floor, Sheraton Seattle Hotel, 1400 6th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101.
The agenda includes reports from the WAA President, Treasurer, Executive Director, Governance Committee, the election of officers and directors, and an open forum. Note: Only primary contacts from member organizations may vote.

The Governance Committee's nomination of Cory Baker to Vice President opened the Secretary/Treasurer's seat. The Committee Nominated Director Jeremy Ganter to fill the Secretary/Treasurer's office, and Emerson Bran to complete the remainder of Jeremy Ganter's term. The WAA bylaws allow both Ganter and Bran to stand for full terms at the conclusion of these one-year appointments.
