The taxation on money earned by foreign artists and attractions
performing in the United States has recently become a burning issue
for our field.
For the first time, the IRS will be teaching a day-long class for us
which will cover all aspects of legal compliance, expressly
concentrating on these non-resident aliens (NRA). The class will
explore and explain the options we need to understand in order to
answer the perplexing question "What is currently needed to pay these
artists without undue taxation at the time of their engagement?"
