Shipping Instructions Shipping instructions can be found in your Triumph Exhibitor Kit. Some key dates to remember are the following:Exhibitor Discount & Shipping Deadlines: Tuesday, August 20: Discount deadline for orders received with full payment. Monday, July 28: *Advanced* shipments begin arriving at the warehouse. Friday, August 29: Last day for Advance Shipment to arrive at warehouse NO LATER than 3:30pm. Exhibits will not be accepted onsite by Triumph. The Hotel has the right to refuse or charge additional fees for accepting freight at showsite. Exhibitor Load-in Load-in for all exhibitors is scheduled for Wednesday morning from 8:00am - 12:15pm. Due to the Labor Day Holiday on Monday, Triumph will be loading into the Hotel all day on Tuesday. Exhibitors will have Wednesday morning to load-in and then roll right into Open Hours for business at 12:30pm.• Triumph will help you with your Material Handling during the conference. Material Handling is the unloading of your exhibit materials, delivery to your booth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal of your materials from your booth for reloading onto your outbound carrier. More information about Material Handling is available in your Triumph Exhibitor Kit. • Please make sure to read the Union Labor Jurisdictions detailed in the Exhibitor Kit. • Empty material containers need to be stored either under your exhibit's table out of sight, in your vehicle or in your room. The Fire Marshall does not allow for storage behind the booth drape or behind pop-up displays. You may store containers with Triumph as well. Exhibit Types Along with traditional pipe and drape booths, WAA offers comfortable and compact ways to conduct business in compact exhibits such as Cafe Tabletops, Bistro Tabletops, and Mini Lounges. The Sheraton Hotel will host a full floor of exhibit spaces ranging in all shapes and sizes throughout two ballrooms, a pre-function area, and meeting room suites. Our goal is to provide a dynamic and flowing enviroment for the Commons and your conference experience.Retractable Displays Retractable displays can save money, time, and energy. There are a variety of styles and makes, but most retractable displays use a rollershade-like technology to unroll and setup a fabric display panel. They are relatively inexpensive, versatile, and make a big visual impact. Many retractable exhibits are small enough to carry aboard a plane, light enough to walk into the hall, and are a breeze to set up. Most vendors also offer collapsible brochure racks.A Google search will yield dozens of vendors offering compact display materials.
