The conference block is SOLD OUT at the $159 rate, although there are a few nights available at this rate. Delux Rooms for $179 have been added to the block. Please call for reservations.
There are limited rooms available, so make your reservations now to take advantage of the special WAA Conference rate. After our room block is sold out, available rooms will be sold at the market
rate.
Please do not hold rooms that you do not plan to use, as it takes away available rooms from other members.

The Airporter Shuttle to the Sheraton
Picks up on the baggage claim level under the door '00'.
The shuttle comes every 1/2 hour on the hour so you won't need to call. The cost is $18 cash for a round trip ticket.

Travel time thirty minutes
From SEA, head SOUTH on International Blvd. Turn RIGHT and merge onto WA-518 E via the ramp to I-405/1-5/Seattle/Tacoma. Take the exit on the LEFT onto 1-5 N toward Seattle. Take exit 165 on the LEFT for Seneca Street. Turn RIGHT at 6th Ave.
From: Portland International Airport
Three hours travel time.
From PDX, head WEST. Turn LEFT toward NE Airport Way. Slight LEFT at Airport Way. Turn LEFT to merge onto 1-205 N toward Seattle. Enter Washington. Take the exit onto I-5 N. Take exit 165 on the LEFT for Seneca Street. Turn right at 6th Ave.

All sessions at the WAA Conference are accessible to people with disabilities. The commons will span three floors of the Hotel with ramps and ADA Accessible Elevators connecting all areas. You can find ADA Accessible Elevator symbols on the floor plan.
The Hotel is spacious and events may be rather far apart for some with mobility issues. Call the WAA staff at 503-274-4729, or the Hotel at 206-287-5508, before the conference if you have concerns or need special assistance of any kind at the conference.
The temperature in Seattle in early September can range from a low of 53 degrees to a high of 65 degrees on average. Business casual attire is appropriate for all WAA activities. Please be reminded that the Hotel temperatures can fluctuate so a light sweater or jacket might be appropriate.
Depending on your daily activities, comfortable walking shoes are suggested for activities near and around the Sheraton property.
