Registration Prices 2008

Pre-registration is now closed. Registration will open at 11 AM Tuesday, September 2 at the Seattle Sheraton.
Onsite prices will apply.

Member Registration Fees:
Individual Registration

Agency Registration Fees:
An Agency Registration is another option for marketing your agency/organization at WAA’s annual conference in Seattle. This option offers all the benefits of a full conference registration plus it allows you to register for a Discovery Session and/or an Affiliated Showcase. Take advantage of the three salon spaces in the Commons; the Metropolitan Salon, the Willow Salon and the Grand Ballroom Salon, to sit and do business during the conference. Bring your laptop and set up meetings, browse the Commons during Accessible Hours and enjoy the hospitality open to the delegation, plus additional tickets for ticketed events. You'll also be able to use the Agency Suite set up in the Juniper Room on the 2nd floor. AV equipment will be available for you to use (DVD, headphones, VCR) at your leasure and share with other Agency Registrations. Please bring your own laptop if needed.

The deadline for being included in the conference floor map signage and the conference guide as an Agency Registration is Friday, July 25, 3:00pm PST.

Individual Registration

•Regular (July 14 - August 1): $575

Pass Descriptions:
Individual Registration: A full conference registration.

Passes are not available through online registration, please call us at (503) 274-4729 if you would like to order one.
One Day Presenter Pass: Allows a presenter to attend all conference activities on the specified day. Requires attending with an organization already fully registered.

One Day Agent/Manager Pass: Allows an agent or manager to attend all conference activities on the specified day. Requires attending with an exhibiting organization or an agency registration.

One Day Artist Pass: Allows an artist to attend all conference activities on the specified day. Intended for artists on an agency’s roster.

All Access Artist Pass: Allows an artist to attend all conference activities for the duration of the conference including full access to the Commons. Intended for artists on an agency’s roster.

Showcasing Artist Pass: Intended for artists performing in either a juried or affiliated showcase. Allows an artist to attend all conference activities except admission to the Commons.

Individual Registration Cancellation Policy
In case of emergency, you may cancel your conference registration between June 20 and July 31, 2008. The administrative fee for a cancelled registration is $50.

In case of emergency, you many cancel your PDI registration until July 31, 2008. The administrative fee for PDI cancellations is $25. If you cancel your conference registration and PDI registration, the cancellation fee is $75 ($50 for the registration and $25 for the PDI).

Hospitalities are non-refundable. You may try to sell extra hospitality tickets on site, but WAA cannot make any guarantees. If you cancel your registration, you will be charged the applicable cancellation fees and any hospitalities for which you may have signed up.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please note that refunds will usually not be processed until after the conference. WAA will not refund any fees for cancellations received after August 1, 2008.
