Discovery Sessions
WAA's Discovery Sessions offer a quick sampling of what an artist or agency offers. They are a great opportunity for artists and artist managers to introduce current and new projects to presenters and for presenters to discover and connect with new talent at the conference.
Two sessions will run simultaneously from 1:15 pm - 3:15 pm with four themed sessions all together.
The pitch should be a highlight or teaser, and is meant to overview one or more artists or projects. This session is not a performance or an opportunity to hand out marketing materials, although you are permitted to mention your exhibit space number or a showcase you are doing during the conference. Discovery Sessions are great opportunities to not only pitch what you know, but also to learn more about your peers.
Pitches are two minutes in length, and are geared towards introduction. Two pitches in two different sessions are allowed per exhibiting organization. There will be a small sound system and mic with podium. Exhibitors interested in pitching must register in advance, so please contact Chelsea Maricle, Administrative Assistant, to reserve your space.

Artist and exhibitors that are new or recent to the Western Arts Alliance (or artists new to existing agents) get the spotlight in this session. Presenters, this is a great way to catch up with new colleagues and emerging talent.
Family Programming - SESSION IS FULL!

For the child in all of us! Perfect for anyone programming for young audiences and their families.
