Advertising with WAA is one of the most effective publicity tools available to our members. All prices listed are Member pricing, which reflect a 50% discount. All print ads are in black & white.
Please submit all ad files as high resolution print ready PDF or JPG files.

Banner ads on the WAA Conference pages are a great way to direct traffic to your website! The images or graphics you create will link directly to the URL you provide. You may choose to create a specific page within your website, or just link to your home page or Artists Roster.

Quantities are limited for the WAA newsletter ads, so reserve your space today! The Summer Issue of Western Ways is going green! Our pre-conference edition will be sent electronically. The Conference Program Guide is included in all delegate registration packets. The guide has full details of conference activities including Affiliated Showcase Listings. This guide is an essential tool for navigating the WAA Conference and an excellent resource to market your artists.

Premium Placement: $50-This option places your ad within the showcase listings, as near as possible to your listing.
Affiliated Showcase Listings
Affiliated Showcasing is an opportunity for member artists and artist/managers to showcase their talents to the WAA membership and attending delegation. Affiliated Showcases are produced by individual members throughout the conference hotel and/or host city. While WAA is not responsible for any affiliated showcase, we do encourage participants to attend and take advantage of the opportunities to see performances. Showcase listings must be in by 5 pm (PST), Monday, July 20.
The fee for each listing is $50, and each additional time listing is $10.
There are a number of meeting rooms located in the conference hotel that are available for lease through WAA. If you lease a space with us in the Sheraton for your Affiliated Showcase you will receive One affiliated showcase listing in the conference guide for each day of your lease (at least a $50 value) Contact Conference Manager Laura Ricker for information on leasing a room in the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel.
