Friday, July 31:If you plan on using a vendor other than US EXPO to deliver and set-up your exhibit materials to the Sheraton this contractor MUST be approved by US EXPO no later than Friday, July 31. You must notify US Expo and provide insurance endorsements before the vendor will be granted permission to deliver and work onsite. The carrier must name US EXPO and WAA as additionally insured. Please contact US EXPO to document your Outside Shipping Vendor, toll free: (866) 405-7644.
Monday, August 3: *Advanced* shipments begin arriving at the warehouse.
Friday, August 14: *Discount* deadline for orders received with full payment.
Friday, August 28: Advance shipments must arrive at the warehouse NO LATER than 3:30 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Monday, August 31: Advance shipments to arrive at the Sheraton Hotel between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:30 pm MST on this day only. The Hotel has the right to refuse freight or charge additional fees for accepting freight before or after these hours.
