Ever wonder what tomorrow looks like? Well, it's starting to look a bit like you. WAA’s NextGen targets early to mid-career professionals who represent the next generation of professionals in the performing arts.

WAA’s NextGen is an sub-group of the WAA membership that includes professionals who are either new to the field, have up to five years of experience, or who have a vested interest in the future of the performing arts field. WAA’s NextGen aspires to connect the future leaders of the field through informal gatherings, unique professional development opportunities and electronic media.

Come mingle with fellow fresh faces at the WAA's Next party. We can assure you there is more to the WAA Conference than landing a deal or booking your season.
