Affiliated Showcasing
Exhibitors can login and submit that will appear online and in the printed program guide.
Affiliated Showcases constitute another important and popular component of the WAA Annual Conference. Produced by individual members, the showcases are held in or near the host hotel and provide a great opportunity to discover artists and repertory represented at the conference.
If you are an agent or artist who would like to organize a showcase, contact WAA to see about renting a space in the hotel. While WAA is not responsible for any affiliated showcase, WAA does encourage participants to attend, and showcase participants can market directly to the membership in the WAA Conference Guide in a number of ways.
It can be helpful and very cost-effective to partner with other artists and share resources and expenses. There are time slots available to lease from members who have rented rooms in the hotel. Contact us and we'll get you connected with an opportunity to showcase your artists.
Sheraton Showcase Room Leasing
There are a number of meeting rooms located in the conference hotel that are available for lease through WAA. Contact Conference Manager Laura Ricker to lease a space within the hotel. Rooms leased by artists and artist/managers can be used solely by that organization or shared collaboratively. Those who choose to share a space produce a collaborative showcase independent from WAA. Please contact Laura to to inquire about dates and prices.
If you lease a space with us in the Sheraton for your Affiliated Showcase you will receive:
- One affiliated showcase listing in the conference guide for each day of your lease (a $50 value)
- Inclusion in WAA's conference signage, which is placed central to the conference
- Seating for your attending guests (as compliant with hotel regulations)

Designated Conference Affiliated Showcase Hours
For artists participating in affiliated showcases, please keep in mind that WAA will only promote showcases in our conference guide that take place during designated showcase hours. Affiliated Showcasing may exceed these hours. Our guide will reflect advertising based on the hours listed for Affiliated Showcasing in the Conference Schedule.
